Coaching that earns trust, not just attention.
I'm Sean Salinas. I started Restore & Perform Fitness because I was sick of watching good people get burned by bad programming. The fitness industry sells intensity. I sell outcomes — built on screening, programming, and showing up for you every single week.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. That second certification matters: it means I can spot the muscle imbalance, the movement compensation, the under-used glute or over-active trap that's quietly stealing your progress and setting you up for the next injury.
The story behind Restore & Perform
I didn't grow up an athlete. I grew up watching people I love struggle with their bodies — chronic pain, weight that kept creeping, energy that never came back after kids or shift work. The first time I helped a family member move pain-free after years of suffering, I knew this was the work.
I went and got my CPT, then immediately went deeper into the Corrective Exercise Specialist work because I refused to be the trainer that just hands people a circuit and hopes for the best. Movement quality first. Loading second. Lifestyle changes that stick, third.
Restore & Perform is the coaching I wish my family had access to twenty years ago. It's built for the 18-to-64-year-old who's done with guesswork — who wants programming that respects their body, their schedule, and their intelligence.
I'm here for the long game. If you want a fast-fix coach screaming at you on Instagram, we won't be a fit. If you want someone who's going to actually figure out why your left knee hurts and build you back stronger than ever — that's me.
What I Stand For
Honest assessments, programming you understand, and progress you can measure.
Who I'm For
Anyone 18–64 who wants to stop training around pain and start training because of intent.
Who I'm Not For
Quick-fix seekers, ego-lifters, and anyone who won't trust the screen-and-progress process.

Restore. Then perform.
Every client starts with a movement screen. We map what's tight, what's weak, what's compensating. Then we build a 12-week block that prioritizes the corrections inside the strength work — not as a separate "warm-up tax," but woven into your real training.
After the first block, you'll move into a Performance Phase: progressive overload, hypertrophy or strength bias depending on your goals, and conditioning that doesn't gas your recovery. Reassess every 4 weeks. Adjust. Repeat.
